Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years general management experience in the QSR industry
  • MSc or MA in business or relevant field preferred
  • Availability to work during opening hours including evenings, holidays, and weekends
  • Knowledge of OSHA and EEOC regulations and federal and state employment laws
  • Demonstrated success in financial management and people development
  • Proficient in Word and Excel
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and knowledge in business development
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills
  • Ability to drive growth and manage sales
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills
  • Able to meet the physical demands of a restaurant environment

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Lead the restaurant management team and team members through performance engagement and training initiatives
  • Hire effectively, train staff, and focus on retention to achieve sales and profit goals
  • Manage daily restaurant operations with a focus on profitability and customer satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, EEOC regulations, and all applicable federal and state employment laws
  • Interpret profit and loss statements to influence and enhance financial performance
  • Maintain excellent communication with staff, customers, and corporate team
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages team collaboration and growth
