Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in hotel management
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as kneeling, squatting, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including covering shifts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with computers and hotel management software
  • Ability to handle emergency situations and enforce security protocols

Job Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license
  • One or more years of experience as a hotel general manager
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Proactive and aggressive problem solver
  • Strong leadership and team development skills

Job Duties

  • Recruit, train, and motivate hotel staff members
  • Ensure the hotel maintains high standards of cleanliness and guest readiness
  • Manage and address guest reviews to maintain positive feedback
  • Oversee hotel operations including budgeting, labor control, and occupancy management
  • Lead sales and marketing initiatives within the local community
  • Assist with housekeeping and public space maintenance when needed
  • Follow and enforce property emergency procedures and security measures
  • Cover employee shifts as necessary to ensure operational continuity
  • Perform other duties as assigned
