Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in hotel management
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as kneeling, squatting, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to work flexible hours including covering shifts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with computers and hotel management software
- Ability to handle emergency situations and enforce security protocols
Job Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- One or more years of experience as a hotel general manager
- Proficient computer skills
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Proactive and aggressive problem solver
- Strong leadership and team development skills
Job Duties
- Recruit, train, and motivate hotel staff members
- Ensure the hotel maintains high standards of cleanliness and guest readiness
- Manage and address guest reviews to maintain positive feedback
- Oversee hotel operations including budgeting, labor control, and occupancy management
- Lead sales and marketing initiatives within the local community
- Assist with housekeeping and public space maintenance when needed
- Follow and enforce property emergency procedures and security measures
- Cover employee shifts as necessary to ensure operational continuity
- Perform other duties as assigned
