Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- possess a valid drivers license
- minimum of 2 years general manager experience in food service or hospitality industry
- ability to lead and develop organizational capability
- ability to establish and build effective relationships
- knowledge of OSHA and compliance procedures
- strong financial and marketing knowledge
- ability to manage performance and evaluate employees
- must be self-motivated and results-oriented
