Job Requirements
- Must pass a background check prior to being hired
 - 3 years of general manager experience in hospitality
 - 3 years of P&L ownership experience
 - Competent in MS Office Suite
 - Required food, alcohol and allergen certification maintained throughout employment
 - Available to work various shift times and days including weekends and holidays
 - Excellent communication skills both verbally and digitally
 - Results oriented and proactive leader
 - Able to stand and/or walk for long periods of time
 - Ability to lift over 50 lbs if necessary
 - Legally authorized to work in the US
 
Job Qualifications
- 3 years of general manager experience in hospitality
 - 3 years of P&L ownership experience
 - Competent in MS Office Suite including Outlook, Word and Excel
 - Food, alcohol and allergen certification maintained throughout employment
 - Excellent communication skills both verbally and digitally
 - Results oriented and proactive leader
 
Job Duties
- Ensure the restaurant team delivers upon service standards to cultivate the ultimate guest experience
 - Proactively receive feedback and propose solutions
 - Proactively forecast sales and labor projections and hit target financial goals
 - Manage and oversee entire venue daily operations
 - Inspire the team to enhance their leadership skills with consistent coaching
 - Empower the team to lead confidently
 - Recruit, hire and train all venue staff
 - Plan and execute venue local community marketing strategy
 - Ensure consistent execution of food, beverage, service and hospitality that aligns with company standards, policies and programs
 - Develop and execute strategies to achieve company operational goals
 - Identify and monitor training and development needs
 - Oversee each manager's area of responsibility and maintain deadlines
