Job Requirements

Must pass a background check prior to being hired
3 years of general manager experience in hospitality
3 years of P&L ownership experience
Competent in MS Office Suite
Required food, alcohol and allergen certification maintained throughout employment
Available to work various shift times and days including weekends and holidays
Excellent communication skills both verbally and digitally
Results oriented and proactive leader
Able to stand and/or walk for long periods of time
Ability to lift over 50 lbs if necessary
Legally authorized to work in the US

Job Qualifications

3 years of general manager experience in hospitality
3 years of P&L ownership experience
Competent in MS Office Suite including Outlook, Word and Excel
Food, alcohol and allergen certification maintained throughout employment
Excellent communication skills both verbally and digitally
Results oriented and proactive leader

Job Duties

Ensure the restaurant team delivers upon service standards to cultivate the ultimate guest experience
Proactively receive feedback and propose solutions
Proactively forecast sales and labor projections and hit target financial goals
Manage and oversee entire venue daily operations
Inspire the team to enhance their leadership skills with consistent coaching
Empower the team to lead confidently
Recruit, hire and train all venue staff
Plan and execute venue local community marketing strategy
Ensure consistent execution of food, beverage, service and hospitality that aligns with company standards, policies and programs
Develop and execute strategies to achieve company operational goals
Identify and monitor training and development needs
Oversee each manager's area of responsibility and maintain deadlines
