Job Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen years of age
- High school diploma or GED required, 2 years of college preferred
- 1-2 years of previous restaurant management experience
- Strong understanding of P&L management and drivers of restaurant profitability
- Ability to prioritize own and others’ work and time to meet deadlines and objectives
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed for proper functioning of the restaurant
Job Qualifications

- 1-2 years of restaurant management experience
- Strong understanding of P&L management
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Knowledge of guest service principles
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality service
- Drive sales and profitability through effective P&L management
- Motivate and manage the restaurant team to exceed guest expectations
- Address and resolve guest issues promptly and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
- Recruit, onboard, and train new team members to build a strong workforce
- Develop and implement local marketing initiatives to increase community engagement
- Ensure compliance with government regulations, employment laws, and brand standards
