Job Requirements
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must agree to background and credit checks
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Must have a manager’s Food Safety Certificate
- Ability to lift 15-20 lbs
- Must work minimum 45 hours per week including weekends and nights
- Schedule adherence and approval by Director of Operations
- Compliance with labor law
- Use of Revel scheduling system
- Must clock in and out during presence in the cone
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role
- Ability to work 45-50 hours per week including weekends and evenings
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Working knowledge of computer systems
- Valid driver’s license
- Managers Food Safety Certificate
- Preferred college degree or equivalent practical experience and education
- Bilingual skills a plus
Job Duties
- Provide leadership and training to team members following the TRED philosophy
- Maintain highest standards of friendliness and cleanliness
- Manage cash handling, deposits, and inventory control
- Oversee purchasing, payroll validation, and labor law compliance
- Schedule managers during peak business hours including nights and weekends
- Ensure manager presence during peak revenue days and shifts
- Monitor employee performance and deliver ongoing feedback and recognition
