Job Requirements

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • Must agree to background and credit checks
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license
  • Must have a manager’s Food Safety Certificate
  • Ability to lift 15-20 lbs
  • Must work minimum 45 hours per week including weekends and nights
  • Schedule adherence and approval by Director of Operations
  • Compliance with labor law
  • Use of Revel scheduling system
  • Must clock in and out during presence in the cone

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role
  • Ability to work 45-50 hours per week including weekends and evenings
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Working knowledge of computer systems
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Managers Food Safety Certificate
  • Preferred college degree or equivalent practical experience and education
  • Bilingual skills a plus

Job Duties

  • Provide leadership and training to team members following the TRED philosophy
  • Maintain highest standards of friendliness and cleanliness
  • Manage cash handling, deposits, and inventory control
  • Oversee purchasing, payroll validation, and labor law compliance
  • Schedule managers during peak business hours including nights and weekends
  • Ensure manager presence during peak revenue days and shifts
  • Monitor employee performance and deliver ongoing feedback and recognition
