Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of management experience in food and beverage, quick-service restaurants, or bakery settings
- Ability to hire, train, and develop staff effectively
- Strong financial management and analytical skills
- ServeSafe Ohio Manager Level II certification or willingness to obtain
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule from Monday to Saturday, between 8am and 10pm
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with scheduling and inventory systems preferred but not required
Job Qualifications

- Proven ability to hire, train, and develop talent
- Strong financial management skills with a results-oriented mindset
- Hands-on leadership with strong communication and organizational abilities
- ServeSafe Ohio Manager Level II certification or ability to obtain
- Familiarity with scheduling, inventory, and POS systems like WhenIWork, Workstream, and Slack is a plus
- Must have open availability Monday-Saturday (able/flexible working between 8am-10pm, Mon-Sat)
Job Duties
- Oversee staffing, inventory, scheduling, and front-of-house operations
- Hire, train, and lead a service-driven team
- Control labor costs, manage inventory, and achieve financial targets
- Ensure outstanding guest experiences, exceeding satisfaction metrics
- Implement marketing and operational strategies to drive sales
- Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and quality
- Lead with integrity, promoting a culture of responsibility
