Job Duties

  • Oversee all restaurant operations and lead the restaurant team to ensure excellent service
  • create and maintain a fun and inviting work environment that embodies Wendy's core values
  • collaborate with the leadership team to drive customer service, training and development, sales and profit growth
  • manage profit and loss statements to control costs and meet specified profit targets
  • identify and implement opportunities for revenue growth, customer service improvements and process enhancements
  • enforce compliance with food safety procedures and promote a culture of safety
  • conduct regular staff performance reviews and facilitate ongoing team development
