Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year restaurant management experience preferred
- Two years food service experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage profit and loss
- Ability to enforce store policies effectively
- Knowledge of food safety and health regulations
- Ability to handle cash accurately
- Positive and motivated attitude

Job Duties
- Oversee all store operations and report to corporate staff
- Manage Profit and Loss, meet store-level sales targets and control staffing and inventory costs, along with other operating costs
- Maintain accurate par levels on all ordering guides and prep sheets
- Complete all hiring, onboarding and career development procedures
- Motivate employees to deliver customer service excellence by recognizing employees for outstanding work performance and providing constructive feedback when needed
- Participate in mentor program
- Understand and strictly enforce store policy while creating a positive and productive working environment
