Job Requirements

  • No educational requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of food service, retail or restaurant supervisory experience
  • Manager Food Handler Certification required
  • Flexible schedule including weekends and nights
  • Strong work ethic with reliable attendance
  • Ability to maintain calm and tactful demeanor in difficult situations
  • Ability to enforce policies and procedures while inspiring teamwork

  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple job duties essential to running a restaurant

  • Experience with labor management and store operations
  • Manager Food Handler Certification required
  • Commitment to guest service and creating a positive workplace culture

Job Duties

  • Responsible for recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling team members in partnership with the District Manager
  • Works with both the District Manager and Human Resources to manage performance including coaching, counseling, and disciplining team members
  • Communicates job expectations to the staff, plans, monitors, and reviews performance of employees, plans and reviews compensation actions, enforces policies and procedures
  • Communicates in a timely and effective manner with District Manager about operational and human resources issues
  • Performs regular restaurant inspections to ensure team and restaurant standards are met
  • Tracks inventory and ensures accurate record keeping
  • Identifies and resolves issues with food preparation, helps team handle customer service issues with grace and courtesy
  • Maintains safe, secure, and healthy facility environment by enforcing sanitation and safety procedures, complying with health and legal regulations
  • Accomplishes company goals by accepting ownership of new and different job responsibilities and explores opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
