Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a general manager in the hotel industry
  • Strong understanding of all hotel operational departments
  • Availability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand, walk, and talk regularly
  • Capable of lifting and moving 10-50 pounds
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Commitment to uphold brand standards and guest satisfaction

Job Qualifications

  • Previous general manager experience
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Knowledge of sales, marketing, and revenue management principles
  • Experience in hospitality operations including food and beverage is a plus

Job Duties

  • Oversee all aspects of hotel operations including sales, marketing, human resources, food and beverage, budgeting, rooms, housekeeping, and maintenance
  • Provide vision, leadership, and strategy to inspire associates to deliver exceptional service and achieve financial success
  • Execute successful sales and marketing campaigns and apply dynamic revenue management to maximize profits
  • Build and develop effective teams that foster a positive work environment and enhance employee performance
  • Manage strong relationships and partnerships with hotel owners to support business objectives
  • Ensure compliance with operational standards, safety, and quality controls
  • Adapt to varied shifts and operational demands for round-the-clock hotel management
