Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as a general manager in the hotel industry
Strong understanding of all hotel operational departments
Availability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to stand, walk, and talk regularly
Capable of lifting and moving 10-50 pounds
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Commitment to uphold brand standards and guest satisfaction

Job Qualifications

Previous general manager experience
Strong leadership and team development skills
Knowledge of sales, marketing, and revenue management principles
Experience in hospitality operations including food and beverage is a plus
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to drive financial results through strategic planning and operational management
Local market knowledge preferred

Job Duties

Oversee all aspects of hotel operations including sales, marketing, human resources, food and beverage, budgeting, rooms, housekeeping, and maintenance
Provide vision, leadership, and strategy to inspire associates to deliver exceptional service and achieve financial success
Execute successful sales and marketing campaigns and apply dynamic revenue management to maximize profits
Build and develop effective teams that foster a positive work environment and enhance employee performance
Manage strong relationships and partnerships with hotel owners to support business objectives
Ensure compliance with operational standards, safety, and quality controls
Adapt to varied shifts and operational demands for round-the-clock hotel management
