Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in restaurant management
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Ability to maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Proficiency in the primary language(s) of the work location

Job Duties

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality
Hire, train, and develop restaurant team members
Manage profit and loss, including sales forecasting and budgeting
Ensure food safety and quality standards are consistently met
Implement creative marketing and community engagement initiatives
Deliver excellent guest experiences with a friendly and enthusiastic approach
Assist the team during busy periods and operational challenges
