Job Duties
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant including food production, guest service and experience, direct crew and manager work
- Lead and manage people processes including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, staffing, performance management
- Train, coach and motivate employees and managers
- Plan and make critical business decisions concerning inventory, budget, and food ordering/costs
- Ensure food safety meets McDonald's standards of excellence
- Maintain high standards for guest and employee safety
- Oversee all operational needs including maintenance plans to meet and exceed standards of excellence
