Job Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- minimum 3+ years of restaurant management work experience
- possess a valid Driver's License
- ability to work flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays
- ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to twelve (12) hours
- ability to lift 40 pounds or more

- Minimum 3+ years of restaurant management experience
- valid Driver's License
- knowledge of hospitality practices
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- team building capabilities
- basic business math and accounting skills
- analytical and decision-making skills
- ServSafe Food and Alcohol certifications preferred
- understanding of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, alcohol safety, and security procedures preferred
Job Duties
- Directing daily restaurant operations
- ensuring compliance with company standards
- maintaining fast, accurate service and positive guest relations
- ensuring safety regulations and company policies are met
- managing financial aspects including cash control, inventory, and labor
- recruiting, interviewing, and hiring team members
- maintaining restaurant equipment, facility, and grounds
- ensuring food quality and customer satisfaction
- executing corporate and local marketing plans
- championing recognition and motivation efforts
