Job Requirements

  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
  • minimum 3+ years of restaurant management work experience
  • possess a valid Driver's License
  • ability to work flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays
  • ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to twelve (12) hours
  • ability to lift 40 pounds or more

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of restaurant management experience
  • valid Driver's License
  • knowledge of hospitality practices
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • team building capabilities
  • basic business math and accounting skills
  • analytical and decision-making skills
  • ServSafe Food and Alcohol certifications preferred
  • understanding of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, alcohol safety, and security procedures preferred

Job Duties

  • Directing daily restaurant operations
  • ensuring compliance with company standards
  • maintaining fast, accurate service and positive guest relations
  • ensuring safety regulations and company policies are met
  • managing financial aspects including cash control, inventory, and labor
  • recruiting, interviewing, and hiring team members
  • maintaining restaurant equipment, facility, and grounds
  • ensuring food quality and customer satisfaction
  • executing corporate and local marketing plans
  • championing recognition and motivation efforts
