Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years old or older
  • ability to stand walk squat bend and perform repetitive hand and arm motions
  • ability to lift more than 50 pounds

  • able to work occasional long hours within applicable laws
  • ability to write and communicate in English

  • current ServSafe certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
  • food handler permit as required
  • compliance with local health department requirements

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • experience in coaching and developing teams in a retail environment
  • availability to work shifts including nights weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • responsible for store meeting financial targets including labor costs food costs and sales goals
  • manage store assets ensuring security and safety
  • oversee cash handling and financial reporting including bank deposits and safe security
  • monitor inventory production waste and control cost of goods without compromising quality
  • recruit interview and hire staff
  • direct and coordinate staff activities
  • enforce uniform policy and personal appearance standards
  • supervise training and onboarding of new and existing staff
  • determine staffing needs and schedule staff
  • provide leadership including coaching counseling disciplining and terminating employees
  • provide accurate and timely monthly physical inventory
  • ensure accurate timekeeping for employees
  • review and authorize payment of vendor invoices
  • maintain equipment and physical facilities
  • supervise ongoing cleaning and maintenance
  • contact service and repair sources as needed
  • complete and transmit required paperwork and reports
  • maintain operational and personnel files
  • coordinate promotional marketing advertising and public relations activities
  • recommend and execute pricing strategies and special offers
  • maintain good relations with mall management and participate in related meetings
  • comply with all company policies procedures and relevant regulations
  • perform all duties safely and effectively
  • be a working manager on the frontline with staff
  • perform other assigned duties
