Job Requirements
- GED or diploma required
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics or related discipline preferred
- Minimum 5 years management experience with at least 2 in a similar industry
- 6 years experience in logistics or related field
- Experience with last-mile delivery or small parcel highly desired
- Experience with independent contractor model
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to inspire and engage a team
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite

Job Duties
- Guide and direct facility management in the development, production, promotion, and financial aspects of the organization’s services
- Direct, plan and budget preparation based on corporate goals and objectives
- Evaluate the results of overall operations regularly
- Systematically report these results to the Regional Operations and General Managers
- Responsible for maintaining engineered staffing levels for all positions including coaching, skills development, rewards and recognition, performance management and staff productivity for hourly and salaried positions
- Ensure adherence to all aspects of the contract and work with Vendors and Independent Contractors for accountability to the operating agreement
