Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations and staff in alignment with company policies and procedures
  • recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
  • plan, assign, and direct work and appraise performance
  • foster a positive restaurant culture ensuring high employee engagement
  • coach and mentor team members for job success and guest satisfaction
  • model professional behavior and create a warm, hospitable atmosphere
  • communicate sales performance and cascade corporate initiatives
  • assist team members with duties as needed
  • champion sales building and suggestive selling
  • maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
  • greet guests and resolve food quality or service issues
  • maintain efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
  • ensure compliance with OSHA, health, safety, and company policies
  • enforce safe work behaviors
  • monitor food quality and cleanliness standards
  • control cash procedures, inventory, food and labor costs
  • manage P&L reports and schedules
  • oversee equipment use and facility maintenance
  • perform additional duties as assigned
