Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or one to two years related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals and technical procedures
- proficiency in writing reports and business correspondence
- ability to present information effectively to various audiences
- ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages
- ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry
- ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions
- completion of GM Core classes and Crew Interviewing Workshop within 90 days of hire
- Serve-Safe certification

- knowledge of company's operating systems and procedures
- understanding of company policies and procedures
- proficiency in P&L analysis and corrective measures
- experience with supervisory practices
- skills in planning and budgeting
- familiarity with interviewing practices
- expertise in training and development practices
- awareness of federal, state, and local employment laws
- ability to read, analyze, and interpret business documents
- effective communication and presentation skills
- mathematical skills including basic algebra and geometry
- reasoning ability to solve problems and interpret instructions
- Serve-Safe certification

Job Duties
- Manage operations and staff of Wendy's restaurant
- execute all company policies, procedures, programs, and systems
- ensure objectives are achieved in all areas
- maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and ethical business practices
- provide leadership, direction, training, and development to managers and crew
- analyze P&L and implement corrective measures
- oversee planning and budgeting
- conduct interviewing and hiring practices
- ensure training and development of staff
- maintain high standards of quality and service
