Job Duties
- Lead the restaurant management team and team members to achieve sales and profit goals
- Oversee performance, engagement, and training initiatives to maintain high standards
- Implement local store marketing strategies to increase customer traffic
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality food and exceptional customer service
- Manage daily restaurant operations including staffing, inventory, and financial controls
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that aligns with company values
- Monitor and enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards
