Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- two years of college or equivalent preferred
- minimum four years of leadership and development experience in Burger King restaurant or similar retail/hospitality industry
- English language proficiency for clear speech and comprehension
- strong math skills and Windows-based computer literacy
- completion or commitment to complete internal certification training including GURU Certified, Foundations Training Certified, Serve Safe Essentials, Anti-Harassment Training, HR Compliance Training

Job Duties
- Leads operations excellence by directing efficient preparation and sale of products and facility maintenance for guest satisfaction
- motivates and directs team members to exceed customer expectations with food and friendly service
- provides coaching and feedback to crew and management on products, processes, and policies
- manages restaurant profit and loss by implementing marketing strategies, controlling cash and inventory, and optimizing labor
- enforces compliance with government regulations, company policies, and food safety standards
- monitors operational programs and addresses issues to ensure smooth performance
- takes responsibility for district-wide operations processes as assigned
