This job opportunity is with a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, not McDonald's USA. The franchisee holds a license to use McDonald's logos and food products to run the restaurant, but it functions as a completely separate company and employer from McDonald's USA. Therefore, if you are hired, your employer will be this franchisee, which will handle all employment-related matters including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years or older
  • prior General Manager experience running high-volume locations
  • knowledge of quick service restaurant operations or related hospitality/retail experience
  • ability to lead and motivate teams
  • strong organizational and planning skills
  • excellent customer service orientation

Job Qualifications

  • previous experience as a General Manager in high-volume restaurant settings
  • background in quick service restaurants preferred
  • experience in hospitality or retail industries considered a plus
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • ability to set and achieve operational goals
  • excellent communication and coaching abilities

Job Duties

  • run a profitable restaurant and ensure high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • lead and manage a team of Department Managers by setting goals, providing coaching, and following up on their progress
  • hire, develop, and support Department and Shift Managers
  • create and implement plans to achieve restaurant goals
  • oversee daily restaurant operations to maintain customer satisfaction
  • monitor financial performance to meet business objectives
  • foster a positive work environment that encourages energy and purpose
