Job Requirements
- must be 18 years or older
- prior General Manager experience running high-volume locations
- knowledge of quick service restaurant operations or related hospitality/retail experience
- ability to lead and motivate teams
- strong organizational and planning skills
- excellent customer service orientation
Job Qualifications
- previous experience as a General Manager in high-volume restaurant settings
- background in quick service restaurants preferred
- experience in hospitality or retail industries considered a plus
- strong leadership and team management skills
- ability to set and achieve operational goals
- excellent communication and coaching abilities
Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant and ensure high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- lead and manage a team of Department Managers by setting goals, providing coaching, and following up on their progress
- hire, develop, and support Department and Shift Managers
- create and implement plans to achieve restaurant goals
- oversee daily restaurant operations to maintain customer satisfaction
- monitor financial performance to meet business objectives
- foster a positive work environment that encourages energy and purpose
