Job Requirements

  • ability to supervise 15-25 team members
  • willingness to work approximately 50 hours per week
  • able to stand, bend, stoop, twist and lift up to 50 pounds
  • ability to operate phones, computers and office equipment
  • ability to perform restaurant duties as well as caterings

Job Qualifications

  • College degree preferred but not required
  • previous restaurant experience required
  • knowledge of computers including MS Word and Excel
  • valid drivers license
  • eligible to work in the United States
  • agree to a background check

Job Duties

  • Oversee and manage all areas of the restaurant to ensure guest satisfaction and increased profitability
  • ensure 100% guest satisfaction in areas of quality, service and cleanliness
  • respond to guest complaints to retain dissatisfied guests
  • provide direction to team members regarding operational and procedural issues
  • maintain an accurate and ongoing staffing plan and conduct interviews
  • develop all team members through ongoing feedback and performance reviews
  • enforce sanitary practices and maintain health inspection scores of 90% or higher
  • ensure compliance with Moe's and Sterling operational standards
  • manage food flow to ensure quality, portion control, and low waste
  • ensure proper security procedures are in place
  • maintain a safe environment and complete injury reports timely
  • manage effective shift operations
  • investigate and address mystery shopper and guest reports
  • meet sales, labor hours and food/paper cost goals
  • analyze monthly P&L and implement profitability improvement plans
  • ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
  • book one spirit night per month
  • promote local community involvement by the restaurant and staff
  • perform other duties as required
