Job Requirements
- ServSafe certified
- certified Moe's Manager
- strong initiative and leadership skills

- ability to supervise 15-25 team members
- willingness to work approximately 50 hours per week
- able to stand, bend, stoop, twist and lift up to 50 pounds

- ability to perform restaurant duties as well as caterings
Job Qualifications
- College degree preferred but not required
- previous restaurant experience required
- knowledge of computers including MS Word and Excel
- valid drivers license
- eligible to work in the United States
- agree to a background check
Job Duties
- Oversee and manage all areas of the restaurant to ensure guest satisfaction and increased profitability
- ensure 100% guest satisfaction in areas of quality, service and cleanliness
- respond to guest complaints to retain dissatisfied guests
- provide direction to team members regarding operational and procedural issues
- maintain an accurate and ongoing staffing plan and conduct interviews
- develop all team members through ongoing feedback and performance reviews
- enforce sanitary practices and maintain health inspection scores of 90% or higher
- ensure compliance with Moe's and Sterling operational standards
- manage food flow to ensure quality, portion control, and low waste
- ensure proper security procedures are in place
- maintain a safe environment and complete injury reports timely
- manage effective shift operations
- investigate and address mystery shopper and guest reports
- meet sales, labor hours and food/paper cost goals
- analyze monthly P&L and implement profitability improvement plans
- ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- book one spirit night per month
- promote local community involvement by the restaurant and staff
- perform other duties as required
