Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior leadership experience in restaurant management
- 4-6 years of experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant settings
- Ability to serve alcohol as per state laws (if applicable)
- Availability to work varied shifts including weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and staff
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform other job-related physical activities
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to health regulations
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations including staff supervision and policy execution
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- Plan, assign, and direct work and evaluate employee performance
- Shape restaurant culture and ensure high employee engagement
- Coach and mentor team members for job success and guest satisfaction
- Model professional behavior creating a warm, hospitable atmosphere
- Communicate sales performance and implement corporate programs
- Assist team members with duties as needed
- Champion sales building and suggestive selling activities
- Maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- Greet guests and resolve food quality or service issues
- Maintain efficient operations through cost controls and profit management
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, health and safety codes, and company policies
- Enforce safe work behaviors
- Monitor food quality and cleanliness standards
- Control cash handling, inventory, food and labor costs
- Manage labor scheduling and monitor sales performance
- Maintain restaurant equipment and company assets
- Carry out other duties as assigned
