Job Requirements
- Reliable commute or willingness to relocate to Wayne County
- Availability to work some holidays
- Experience in high-volume environments (e.g., fast food, hospitality) is a plus
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in P&L management and budgeting
- Strong operational background with staff management and development experience
- Expertise in sales and marketing, particularly in high-volume retail, restaurant, or entertainment industries
- Ability to create and implement successful sales and marketing plans
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills
- Prior experience in entertainment, hospitality, restaurant, or retail operations preferred
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and profitable performance
- Manage all P&L responsibilities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive growth and customer engagement
- Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team, fostering a positive and productive workplace culture
- Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain high operational standards
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and company policies
