Job Duties
- Provide quality products by building quality systems with team members
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer concerns
- Solicit and use customer feedback to improve operations
- Communicate and train team members on quality standards
- Recruit and maintain adequate staffing levels
- Orient and train team members to exceed expectations
- Ensure compliance with appearance standards
- Conduct performance reviews and manage disciplinary actions
- Coach and develop team members
- Build teamwork and energy
- Manage sales goals and provide friendly service
- Train team members on product sales
- Execute local marketing and community presence
- Manage profit goals and control labor and food costs
- Utilize FOCUS System for budget adherence
- Develop plans to enhance profits
