Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in restaurant management preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to comply with all applicable laws and company policies
  • Must be able to provide reasonable accommodation under ADA if needed

Job Qualifications

  • Previous leadership or management experience in the restaurant or food service industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and inspire diverse teams
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations and quality standards
  • Experience in training and development of staff

Job Duties

  • Provide vision and leadership to crew, shift supervisors and assistant general managers
  • Ensure customer expectations are exceeded every visit
  • Achieve or exceed restaurant business objectives every shift
  • Inspire team members to go above and beyond
  • Maintain Wendy's quality standards for every item served
  • Keep the Wendy's spirit alive in the restaurant
  • Develop team members' skills to help them advance
  • Manage restaurant operations and staff including execution of company policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local laws and ethical business practices
  • Provide leadership, direction, training and development to subordinate managers and crew
  • Create and maintain a people excellence environment
