Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in restaurant management preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to comply with all applicable laws and company policies
- Must be able to provide reasonable accommodation under ADA if needed
Job Qualifications
- Previous leadership or management experience in the restaurant or food service industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire diverse teams
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and quality standards
- Experience in training and development of staff
- Commitment to high ethical and professional standards
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Job Duties
- Provide vision and leadership to crew, shift supervisors and assistant general managers
- Ensure customer expectations are exceeded every visit
- Achieve or exceed restaurant business objectives every shift
- Inspire team members to go above and beyond
- Maintain Wendy's quality standards for every item served
- Keep the Wendy's spirit alive in the restaurant
- Develop team members' skills to help them advance
- Manage restaurant operations and staff including execution of company policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local laws and ethical business practices
- Provide leadership, direction, training and development to subordinate managers and crew
- Create and maintain a people excellence environment
