Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior leadership experience required
- Minimum of 4-6 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- Ability to work various shifts and weekends
- Strong communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- Plan, assign, and direct work of staff
- Appraise employee performance and administer rewards or disciplinary actions including termination
- Address employee complaints and resolve staff problems
- Cultivate and maintain high employee engagement and shape a positive restaurant culture
- Coach and mentor team members to ensure job success and guest satisfaction
- Model professional behavior to create a warm and hospitable atmosphere
- Communicate sales performance and forecast variances to management team
- Implement corporate programs and initiatives
- Assist team members with duties as needed
- Promote sales-building activities and suggestive selling
- Maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- Meet and greet guests, resolve food quality and service issues
- Maintain efficient operations through cost controls and profit management
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, local health, and company safety policies
- Enforce safe work behaviors among staff
- Monitor food quality and cleanliness standards daily
- Control cash, inventory, food and labor costs
- Manage scheduling and budgeting through labor scheduling tools
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of restaurant equipment and facilities
- Perform other assigned duties as required
