Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Proven experience managing high volume restaurant operations
Ability to lead and motivate a team
Capability to set and meet business goals
Strong problem-solving skills
Effective communication skills
Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

Previous General Manager experience in high volume locations
Background in quick service restaurants preferred
Experience in hospitality or retail is an asset
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to coach and develop staff
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
At least 18 years old

Job Duties

Run a profitable restaurant
Ensure the restaurant meets McDonald's standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
Set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
Lead and support Department Managers by providing coaching and direction
Follow up on departmental progress and drive improvements
Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant
