Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 4-6 years of restaurant industry experience preferred
- prior leadership experience required
- knowledge of OSHA and safety codes
- ability to stand and walk for long periods
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- availability to work varied shifts and weekends
- strong communication and problem-solving skills
- computer literacy
- physical ability to handle job demands
- adherence to state alcohol serving age requirements where applicable
Job Qualifications

- prior leadership experience required
- 4-6 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- college or culinary schooling preferred

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations according to company policies and applicable laws
- recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- plan, assign, and direct work while appraising performance
- reward, discipline, and terminate employees as necessary
- address complaints and resolve problems
- shape restaurant culture and promote employee engagement
- coach and mentor team members to ensure success and guest satisfaction
- model professional behavior and create a hospitable atmosphere
- communicate sales performance and cascade corporate initiatives
- assist with category job duties as needed
- champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
- maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- meet and greet guests and resolve food quality and service issues
- maintain efficient operations with appropriate cost controls
- ensure compliance with OSHA, local health and safety codes, and company safety policies
- enforce safe work behaviors
- monitor daily activities for quality and cleanliness
- control cash, inventory, and food/labor costs
- manage scheduling and financial reporting
- ensure proper use and maintenance of restaurant equipment and facility
- perform other duties as assigned
