Job Duties
- Hire, train and develop employees
- communicate job expectations
- plan, monitor, appraise and review employee performance
- provide coaching and feedback including discipline when necessary
- create and maintain a guest-first culture
- ensure shifts are appropriately staffed
- maintain safe, secure and healthy environment by enforcing safety, food safety and sanitation guidelines
- comply with applicable laws
- execute brand standards and systems
- prepare and implement action plans for production, productivity, quality and guest service standards
- complete audits and implement system improvements
- control costs to maximize profitability
- execute marketing promotions timely
- oversee new product rollouts including team training, marketing and sampling
- set sales goals and track results
