Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Prior experience as a General Manager or equivalent in quick service restaurants or retail
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- Strong organizational and operational skills
- Commitment to upholding McDonald's standards for quality, service, and cleanliness
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Authorized to work in the location of the restaurant
Job Qualifications
- Previous general manager experience in a high volume quick service restaurant
- Experience in hospitality or retail management is preferred
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Proven ability to manage operations and meet business goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Minimum age of 18 years
Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant ensuring high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Department Managers
- Set goals for the restaurant and individual departments and monitor progress
- Manage hiring and development of Department and Shift Managers
- Oversee daily operations to meet customer satisfaction and business objectives
- Provide direction and support to improve department performance
- Maintain compliance with company policies and health regulations
