Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Reliable transportation to commute to home store and other locations
  • Willingness to obtain SERV Safe certification by the end of training
  • Ability to stand and move for most of the shift
  • Capability to operate restaurant equipment such as headset, register, or grill
  • Willingness to follow brand standards and guidelines
  • Eligibility to work in the country
  • Pass a background investigation

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to train and develop a team
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communication skills

Job Duties

  • Maintain day-to-day financial controls
  • Create and manage staff schedules
  • Interview, hire, train, and orientate team members
  • Oversee coaching, counseling, and developing staff
  • Manage team relations
  • Ensure proper food handling and equipment maintenance
  • Ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met
