Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Reliable transportation to commute to home store and other locations
- Willingness to obtain SERV Safe certification by the end of training
- Ability to stand and move for most of the shift
- Capability to operate restaurant equipment such as headset, register, or grill
- Willingness to follow brand standards and guidelines
- Eligibility to work in the country
- Pass a background investigation
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to train and develop a team
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills
Job Duties
- Maintain day-to-day financial controls
- Create and manage staff schedules
- Interview, hire, train, and orientate team members
- Oversee coaching, counseling, and developing staff
- Manage team relations
- Ensure proper food handling and equipment maintenance
- Ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met
