Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have previous General Manager experience in high volume restaurants
- Possess strong leadership and team management skills
- Demonstrate ability to achieve financial and operational goals
- Commitment to uphold McDonald's quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Willingness to hire and develop managerial staff
Job Qualifications
- Previous General Manager experience running high volume locations
- Experience in quick service restaurants preferred
- Background in hospitality or retail is advantageous
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Willingness to pursue professional development and job training
Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant ensuring high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- Work with leadership to set and achieve restaurant goals
- Lead Department Managers by supporting goal setting and monitoring progress
- Provide coaching and direction to improve Department performance
- Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build an effective leadership team
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and employee supervision
- Ensure compliance with franchise policies and procedures
