Job Requirements
- Must be ServSafe certified
- certified Moe's Manager
- ability to maintain a sanitation score of 90% or higher
- proven leadership and team management skills
- strong communication and multitasking abilities
- experience conducting effective interviews
- ability to supervise 15-25 team members
- ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting 50 pounds
- availability to work approximately 50 hours a week
- must pass background check
- valid driver's license
- eligible to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- College degree preferred but not required
- previous restaurant experience required
- combination of related experience and education considered
- knowledge of MS Word and Excel

Job Duties
- Oversee and manage all areas of the restaurant to ensure guest satisfaction and increased profitability
- ensure 100% guest satisfaction in quality, service, and cleanliness
- respond to guest complaints to retain customers
- provide direction to team members on operational and procedural issues
- maintain staffing plans, interview prospective employees, and follow staffing procedures
- develop team members through feedback and performance reviews
- create a positive work environment recognized in the community
- enforce food safety regulations and maintain high hygiene standards
- ensure compliance with Moe's and Sterling operational standards
- manage food flow to ensure quality and reduce waste
- ensure proper security procedures for guests, employees, and assets
- ensure a safe working environment and timely incident reporting
- effectively manage shifts
- investigate reports from mystery shopper programs and implement improvements
- meet sales, labor, and cost goals
- utilize monthly P&L statements to plan profitability improvements
- complete financial reporting accurately and timely
- book one spirit night a month and promote community involvement
