Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior leadership experience
- Minimum 4-6 years in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurants
- Knowledge of company policies and applicable laws
- Ability to recruit, interview, and train staff
- Proficiency in managing performance and resolving conflicts

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations in compliance with company policies and laws
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- Plan, assign, and direct work while appraising employee performance and addressing complaints
- Build a positive restaurant culture and ensure high employee engagement
- Coach and mentor team members to foster success and guest satisfaction
- Model professional behavior to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Communicate sales performance and implement corporate programs
- Assist team members with tasks as needed
- Drive sales through suggestive selling and sales-building activities
- Maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- Greet guests and resolve food quality or service issues
- Maintain efficient operations with appropriate cost controls
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, health, safety, and security policies
- Enforce safe work behaviors to protect guests and employees
- Monitor and uphold food quality and cleanliness standards
- Control cash, inventory, food, labor, and review financial reports and schedules
- Manage profit and loss aspects including food and labor costs
- Follow recipes and portion control to manage food costs
- Optimize employee schedules using labor tools
- Maintain restaurant equipment and facility
- Perform all other duties as assigned
