Job Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older
  • completed high school diploma or equivalent education
  • minimum 3 years of management experience in high customer volume industry
  • minimum 2 years sales experience, membership sales preferred
  • ability to leverage Profit & Loss reports to set and manage revenue goals
  • demonstrated experience meeting or exceeding company KPIs
  • proficiency with MS Office Suite, Teams, and POS systems
  • availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • results-driven and detail-oriented
  • able to stand for long periods and lift minimum of 20 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • associates or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • minimum of 3 years management experience in a high customer volume industry such as entertainment, fitness, retail, or restaurant
  • at least 2 years of sales experience, membership sales preferred
  • ability to leverage Profit & Loss reports to manage revenue goals
  • demonstrated success in hitting or exceeding company KPIs
  • basic proficiency with MS Office Suite, Teams, and point of sale systems
  • availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • results-driven, reliable, detail-oriented, and organized
  • ability to stand for long periods and lift at least 20 pounds

Job Duties

  • Be a hands-on leader and role model able to support the team by executing any park position as needed
  • develop Assistant General Managers and Team Leads to become excellent people leaders, operation experts, and business savvy
  • oversee the training AGM's and Team Leads are providing to all park team members
  • create a positive park culture by recognizing accomplishments and learning what motivates team members
  • own and oversee all phases of employment including hiring, training, monitoring growth and progress
  • discipline and terminate team members as necessary
  • be an effective park liaison through consistent communication across all departments and corporate team
  • provide memorable moments for customers by being proactive, responsive, and engaged
  • resolve customer service issues by listening, discussion, resolution and follow-up
  • manage park operations and expenses according to Profit & Loss statements
  • oversee purchases, inventory, and additional park costs
  • renegotiate terms when necessary
  • drive achievement of park revenue goals in membership sales, birthday parties, and special events
  • collaborate with marketing to develop and coordinate promotions
  • train employees on contribution to revenue goals
  • develop Front Desk Agents to execute successful sales processes
  • ensure understanding of key performance metrics (KPIs)
  • cultivate positive relationships within the local community
  • think creatively and implement new ideas
  • oversee and evaluate departmental efficiency and processes
  • ensure team members are trained on safety and compliant with OSHA requirements
  • monitor park attractions and equipment daily for safety and operational status
  • complete maintenance reports and close unsafe attractions
  • adjust staffing to meet safety demands
  • complete inventory reports for facilities, parties, food & beverage, and vending
