Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Minimum five years of hotel leadership experience
- Proven experience managing food and beverage operations
- Demonstrated ability to create and implement entertainment programming
- Strong financial management skills
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to lead by example with a hands-on approach
- Familiarity with Nashville market is beneficial
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Five or more years of hotel leadership experience including general manager experience in a lifestyle or boutique property
- Proven expertise in food and beverage operations with a track record of driving revenue and excellence
- Experience creating and executing entertainment and guest programming
- Strong financial acumen and data-driven decision-making skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building abilities
- Hands-on, guest-first approach with ability to lead by example
- Knowledge of the Nashville market and local hospitality is a plus
Job Duties
- Oversee all hotel operations including food and beverage, entertainment programming, rooms, sales, marketing, finance, and human resources
- Lead development and execution of revenue-driving strategies focusing on maximizing food and beverage outlets and rooftop activations
- Create and execute signature entertainment programming that enhances guest experience and aligns with the brand
- Maintain an elevated guest experience through personalized service and unique lifestyle touches
- Cultivate a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability among department leaders and associates
- Build and maintain strong relationships with ownership, corporate support teams, and local community partners
- Monitor budgets, forecast performance, and implement initiatives to drive profitability
