Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 4-6 years experience in restaurant leadership roles
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work various shifts including weekends
- Knowledge of OSHA and health safety standards
- Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations including staff oversight and policy enforcement
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train employees while assigning work and appraising performance
- Foster a positive restaurant culture and maintain high employee engagement
- Coach and mentor team members to enhance job performance and guest satisfaction
- Model professional behavior and create a warm, hospitable atmosphere
- Communicate sales performance and implement corporate initiatives
- Assist team members with job duties as needed
- Champion sales-building activities and suggestive selling
- Maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- Greet guests and resolve food quality and service issues
- Maintain efficient operations, cost controls, and profit margins
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, health and safety codes, and company policies
- Enforce safe work behaviors for guest and employee safety
- Monitor quality food preparation and cleanliness standards
- Control cash, inventory, food and labor costs
- Manage labor scheduling and optimize employee work hours
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of restaurant equipment and company assets
- Perform all other assigned duties as necessary
