Job Requirements

  • prior management experience in a service-oriented environment

Job Duties

  • oversee site operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning
  • manage and develop team performance through coaching and training
  • implement local sales strategies and promote sales initiatives
  • maintain high standards of site condition and customer service
  • collaborate with technical support and contracted services for operational support
  • manage procurement of site supplies and resolve damage claims
  • represent the company in community outreach and marketing efforts
