Job Duties
- oversee site operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning
- manage and develop team performance through coaching and training

- maintain high standards of site condition and customer service
- collaborate with technical support and contracted services for operational support
- manage procurement of site supplies and resolve damage claims
- represent the company in community outreach and marketing efforts
