- Must be at least 21 years of age
- 5+ years management experience in restaurant, hotel, retail, or general business
- ServSafe certification or ability to obtain required
- proficiency communicating verbally and in writing in English

- 5+ years management experience in restaurant, hotel, retail, or general business
- 3+ years consistent achievement of distinguished business results as a restaurant manager preferred
- demonstrated excellence in service and culinary manager positions
- proven leadership and performance record as a casual dining or full-service restaurant manager
- ServSafe or equivalent certification
- proficiency in English communication
- bachelor's degree preferred
Job Duties
- Lead restaurant operations through a team of managers and crew
- demonstrate leadership by living Red Lobster's principles
- drive a culture of operational excellence focusing on culinary, beverage, and service quality
- create an over-the-top crew experience
- manage balanced results from guest, employee, process, and financial perspectives
- achieve sustainable growth in sales and profits
