Job Duties
- Lead the experience by managing all restaurant operations including food production, guest service, and directing crew and manager work
- Plan for success by managing recruiting, hiring, onboarding, staffing, and performance management
- Train, coach, and motivate team members
- Make critical business decisions around inventory, budget, and food ordering/costs
- Ensure food safety measures meet McDonald’s standards
- Maintain high standards for guest and employee safety
- Oversee all operational needs including maintenance plans to meet and exceed standards of excellence
