  • At least 1 year leadership experience or US military service

Job Duties

  • Lead the experience by managing all restaurant operations including food production, guest service, and directing crew and manager work
  • Plan for success by managing recruiting, hiring, onboarding, staffing, and performance management
  • Train, coach, and motivate team members
  • Make critical business decisions around inventory, budget, and food ordering/costs
  • Ensure food safety measures meet McDonald’s standards
  • Maintain high standards for guest and employee safety
  • Oversee all operational needs including maintenance plans to meet and exceed standards of excellence
