Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma
  • Two years restaurant experience with proven lead experience on all shifts
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Current health card according to state or local requirements
  • Reliable transportation
  • Must pass criminal background check including MVR
  • Must be able to pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
  • Expected 50-hour work week
  • Open availability including nights, weekends, holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Current health card according to state or local requirements
  • Ability to pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

  • Identifying a team with high potential and developing them into leaders
  • Achieving and maintaining world class operations including a successful and well-developed crew, pristine restaurants, excellent food, and strong financials
  • Maintaining and driving high standards around food quality, customer service, food safety, and store cleanliness
  • Having a clear understanding of and ability to perform every job in the restaurant
  • Being accountable for all aspects of restaurant performance and serving as the ultimate decision-maker
  • Engaging in clear, consistent communication with field leadership and restaurant staff
  • Demonstrating respect for team members and recognizing their contributions
  • Building an effective team through training and development and providing timely performance feedback
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Maintaining consistent strong financial results
