Job Requirements

  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
  • high school diploma or GED required
  • 1-2 years of quick service restaurant experience
  • previous management experience preferred
  • understanding of P&L management to influence profitability
  • ability to prioritize own and others' work and time
  • demonstrated leadership skills
  • understanding of guest service principles
  • available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
  • ability to work long and/or irregular shifts
  • must have open availability

Job Duties

  • Manage restaurant profitability and overall P&L
  • review key financial lines to enhance profitability
  • drive sales through guest service and people development
  • analyze sales and labor during shifts and adjust labor accordingly
  • motivate team to exceed guest expectations with accurate and friendly service
  • manage guest experience and respond promptly to guest issues
  • investigate guest feedback and implement corrective action plans
  • engage with community and execute local marketing initiatives
  • lead recruitment and selection process
  • inspire team through recognition programs
  • provide coaching and feedback to staff
  • enforce health, safety, and cleanliness regulations
  • ensure compliance with brand operational standards
  • oversee implementation of brand programs and limited-time offers
  • troubleshoot operational problems and coordinate equipment maintenance
