Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant or hospitality management
- Availability to work weekdays, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Strong leadership abilities
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Ability to manage inventory and restaurant operations
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- Good communication skills
- Physical ability to stand and walk frequently
- Vision ability including close, distance, color, and focus vision
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in restaurant or hotel management
- Strong leadership and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekdays, nights, weekends and holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with inventory management
- Familiarity with maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
- Ability to coach and develop staff
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of reservation systems
- Basic financial management skills
Job Duties
- Oversee and perform all duties of the restaurant
- Monitor and maintain store inventory pars alongside the Executive Chef
- Maintain a very clean work environment
- Monitor day-to-day events of restaurant
- Record all deliveries and any errors
- Coach and support new and existing staff members
- Oversee the closing of the till and restaurant
- Weekly trip to the bank
- Oversee reservations and work with Assistant Manager to ensure all reservations are confirmed and prepared
- Maintain all temperature logs, waste and inventory sheets
- Make sure all employees follow company policies and guidelines
- Maintain professionalism and set an example for all staff
