Job Requirements

  • Four to five years of restaurant management experience
  • General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations
  • Ability to manage and direct the work of others and champion change
  • Capability to analyze Profit and Loss statements
  • Passion for training and developing team members

Job Qualifications

  • Four to five years of management experience
  • Previous restaurant General Manager experience
  • Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service
  • Ability to manage and direct teams effectively
  • Skilled in analyzing Profit and Loss statements
  • Passion for training and developing team members
  • Strong leadership and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Oversee local restaurant marketing initiatives
  • Manage profit and loss statement analysis and financial performance
  • Lead and develop restaurant management team through training and engagement programs
  • Ensure compliance with health codes, labor laws, and safety procedures
  • Coordinate community connection and fundraising activities
  • Foster a team culture focused on performance and guest experience
  • Monitor safety and security systems and enforce responsible alcohol service
