Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years experience in retail management or related field
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to pass background and drug screening
- Eligibility to work in the United States

Job Duties

- Interview, hire, train, and develop team members
- Plan, assign, and direct work
- Appraise employee performance and administer rewards or discipline
- Resolve employee complaints and problems
- Assist customers and prospects with product demonstrations and sales
- Manage deals adhering to the MarineMax One Price strategy
- Collaborate to prevent aged inventory
- Maintain acceptable FANS customer satisfaction scores
- Ensure profitability by managing staff, sales goals, and financials
- Resolve customer complaints and improve service processes
- Analyze financial statements and recommend improvements
- Approve budgets and manage expenditures
- Assess and improve departmental operating procedures
- Manage inventory with product and regional teams
- Implement professional development and training via IDP
- Participate in company strategy and policy making
- Coordinate boat shows and promotional events
- Plan marketing strategies to maximize market share
- Oversee facility management and regulatory compliance
- Promote and participate in the MarineMax Safety Program
- Communicate market trends and customer feedback
- Perform other duties as assigned
