Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant
- ensure the restaurant meets McDonald's standards of quality service and cleanliness
- set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
- lead and coach a team of department managers
- help department managers set and follow up on goals
- provide coaching and direction to improve departments
- hire and develop department and shift managers
