This job opportunity is with a McDonald's restaurant that is independently owned and operated by a franchisee, distinct and separate from McDonald's USA. The franchisee holds a license to use McDonald's brand logos and food products, operating the restaurant under McDonald's celebrated standards, but maintains full responsibility as the employer. Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Prior General Manager experience in high-volume quick service restaurant or similar environment
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Ability to set strategic goals and implement plans
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to maintaining McDonald's standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a General Manager in high-volume locations
  • Background in quick service restaurants preferred
  • Experience in hospitality or retail also valued
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to set and achieve operational goals
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • 18 years or older to qualify as a manager in corporate-owned locations

Job Duties

  • Run a profitable restaurant while ensuring high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Set restaurant goals in collaboration with leadership and create plans to achieve them
  • Lead and support Department Managers by setting departmental goals and providing coaching
  • Follow up on department performance and drive improvements
  • Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and employee discipline
  • Oversee daily operations to maintain customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
