Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and high standards
- Hire, train, and develop team members to build a strong, motivated workforce
- Ensure food safety and quality by overseeing preparation and cleanliness
- Implement sales forecasting and staffing plans to meet business goals
- Develop and execute creative local marketing initiatives such as fundraisers and community engagement
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience through leadership and service excellence
- Monitor and control profit and loss to maintain restaurant profitability
