It is important to note that this franchisee is a separate and independent company from McDonald's USA, and thus, the franchisee is the actual employer responsible for all employment-related matters. Job Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Previous management experience in high-volume restaurant or similar environment
  • Ability to lead and develop a team
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Capability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • Availability to handle varied shifts and scheduling
  • Willingness to uphold McDonald's operational standards

Job Qualifications

  • Previous general manager experience in high-volume locations
  • Background in quick service restaurants preferred
  • Experience in hospitality or retail sectors
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to set and achieve operational goals
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Minimum age of 18 years

Job Duties

  • Run a profitable restaurant and ensure it meets McDonald's customer standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Work with leaders to set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
  • Lead a team of Department Managers by helping them set goals, following up on progress, and providing coaching and direction
  • Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team
  • Ensure excellent customer experience by maintaining high operational standards
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations including staffing, scheduling, and employee supervision
  • Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to improve profitability
